Aquality now provides Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment (ESAs).

A Phase I ESA is a non-intrusive assessment of a property that includes historical research and a site visit to identify if there is a potential for contamination.

A Phase II ESA is an extensive investigation to determine in what concentrations and locations contamination may be located on a property. The Phase II ESA involves extended site visits and laboratory analysis of collected samples.
